Roy Williams Calls Four Corners on First Play

Posted on Feb 21, 2015 by

We knew it would be an emotional day in the Dean E. Smith Center in Chapel Hill, but Coach Williams decided to tug at our heartstrings a little more and call for Coach Smith’s patented Four Corners offense on the very first possession of the game. The result? A Brice Johnson lay-up.

Roy’s been getting blasted for how he handled the end of the Duke game, but he drew up the best play of the year today in the Dean Dome.

UPDATE (1:01 p.m.): Here’s an incredible photo of Marcus Paige calling for Four Corners.
